Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled before they have been dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.
Once the cancellation request is confirmed and the order has not yet been shipped, the order will be cancelled and any payment made will be processed according to our refund procedures.
Orders Already Dispatched
If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may need to follow our return process once the item has been delivered.
