Shipping policy

Delivery estimates are based on the availability of materials and stock. While we always aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the stated timeframe, we cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur during processing or transit.

Order Cut-Off Time: 2 PM GMT
Order Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days
Order Transit Time: 2–4 Business Days
Shipping Fee: Free

Orders placed before 2 PM GMT are usually processed and dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be handled and shipped on the next working day, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 2–4 working days.

Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated processing and delivery period, there is usually no cause for concern, as delivery delays can occasionally happen. Please allow up to two additional working days for the parcel to arrive.

If your order still has not been delivered after this time, please contact us at Sales@tarpaulinsonly.co.uk and include your order number. Our team will review the situation and assist you as soon as possible.

Cancellation

If you would like to cancel an order, please submit your request as early as possible. Order cancellations can only be accepted before the order has been processed.

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In this situation, you will need to follow the returns process after receiving the item.

International Orders

Customers located outside the United Kingdom are advised to contact Tarpaulins Only before placing an order in order to obtain a shipping quotation for international delivery.
