Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated processing and delivery period, there is usually no cause for concern, as delivery delays can occasionally happen. Please allow up to two additional working days for the parcel to arrive.

Cancellation
If you would like to cancel an order, please submit your request as early as possible. Order cancellations can only be accepted before the order has been processed.
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In this situation, you will need to follow the returns process after receiving the item.
International Orders
Customers located outside the United Kingdom are advised to contact Tarpaulins Only before placing an order in order to obtain a shipping quotation for international delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

Refunds

Damaged or Faulty Items
